In order to be a great leader, you must be honest. You should always lead people toward the right thing, as a leader. If you’re honest to people, then those you’re leading are going to notice it. You should work on being honest with those you work with since it will encourage them to do the same.
Make sure you’re always looking to simplify things as well. Identify what really matters to you. Once you have done this, figure out what your priorities are. Try to simplify things as much as possible. You should also give yourself and others time to think.
